Certain features of our services require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your chosen pricing plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with 30 days notice.
7. Electronic Signatures
By using our services to electronically sign documents, you acknowledge that electronic signatures have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures. You consent to conducting transactions electronically and agree to be bound by the terms of documents you sign electronically.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PearSign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to liability.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PearSign and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York, New York.
